The photos of the fresh fruits and vegetables available in this Jaco "Farmer's Market" are symbolic of the fresh start and legacy that President Oscar Arias has given the Costa Rican people; he is succeeded by Laura Chinchilla, the first woman president in Costa Rica's history.
