This unit has two assigned parking spaces based on the square footage of the unit itself. The entrance to the secured parking Common Area is personally monitored by a security guard under lock and key. The guard station is located in the main lobby only about 20 meters from the parking Common Area. Closed circuit cameras allow the guard to monitor both pedestrian and car traffic near the building. Security coverage is set up so that the guard can personally open the front gate so movement in and out of the Common Area can be closely observed personally by the security guard.
